Takedown process
Upon receiving a complete and valid copyright complaint, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within five business days.
- Review the claim with our Standards & Fact‑Checking team (contact Eleni Georgiou).
- If the claim is substantiated, remove or disable access to the material promptly and notify the affected user or contributor.
- Provide the user who posted the material with an opportunity to submit a counter‑notification if they believe the removal was in error.
