Human review guarantee
No article, guide or recommendation on UrbanMixr.uk is published without direct human oversight. Prohibitions: what we never do with AI
We have strict rules about the use of AI and automation. The following are not permitted under any circumstances:
- Fabricated quotes or sources. No AI tool may generate direct quotes, attributions or interview content. Every quote published must come from a real, verifiable human source.
- Fictional interviews or bylines. We never publish interviews that did not take place, nor do we attribute articles to non-existent authors or AI-only personas. All bylines correspond to real editorial staff or verified contributors.
- Invented expertise or experience. We do not use AI to create or exaggerate an author’s professional background, credentials or personal experience in a subject matter.
- Unattributed automated content. Any content substantially generated by AI must be clearly labelled as such, and will only be used in limited, functional contexts (e.g., automated event listings with structured data) — never for news, opinion, reviews or feature-length editorial.
Disclosure example
If a tool is used to assist in any way that could affect the reader’s understanding of the content’s origin, we provide clear disclosure. For example:
“This article was researched with the assistance of digital tools. All editorial content, including quotes, analysis and final text, was written and approved by a human editor.”
